Don’t Worry, Darling has a star-studded cast including Harry Styles, Olivia Wilde, Florence Pugh and Chris Pine.

Harry Styles will soon return to the big screen, this time as Jack in upcoming psychological thriller Don’t Worry, Darling, which Olivia Wilde directed as well as starred in.

Even more attention has been attracted to the film after it emerged 'As It Was' singer Harry is dating his co-star and director Olivia.

Don’t Worry, Darling, is a ‘psychological thriller’ set in a utopian community in the Californian desert in the 1950s.

The story centres on 'unhappy housewife' Alice [Florence Pugh] who uncovers a disturbing secret about what she thought was her perfect life.

Harry plays Alice’s husband, reportedly taking over the role from Shia LaBeouf who had to drop out due to schedule clashes.

Who is in the cast of Don't Worry, Darling?

Florence Pugh plays Alice

Florence, 26, plays Alice, the housewife at the centre of the thriller and wife of Harry’s character Jack.

Viewers will have seen Florence in films such as Little Women and Fighting with My Family, and in 2016 she appeared in ITV drama Marcella.

Olivia Wilde plays Bunny

Olivia, 38, is both directing, producing and starring in Don’t Worry, Darling.

She voiced her excitement about having Harry on board for the role after Shia LaBeouf was dropped and revealed she did a 'victory dance' upon bagging the star.

Olivia told Vogue: "We knew that he has a real appreciation for fashion and style. And this movie is incredibly stylistic.

"It’s very heightened and opulent, and I’m really grateful that he is so enthusiastic about that element of the process — some actors just don’t care."

Olivia plays another of the housewives living in the utopian community in Palm Springs, reassuring Alice the wives in the neighbourhood are kept 'safe' while their husbands work on the secret Victory Project.

Chris Pine plays Frank

Chris’ name is also on the Don’t Worry, Darling cast list! He plays Frank, the leader of the Victory Project which all the men in the town work for. What goes on there is seemingly a disturbing secret.

The actor his best known for Star Trek, Wonder Woman, and This Means War.

Harry Styles plays Jack

Harry plays Jack, Florence’s character’s husband in the new film who “loves his wife dearly but is hiding a dark secret from her.”

This will be Harry’s second movie role after starring in Christopher Nolan’s Dunkirk in 2017 to rave reviews.

He also stars in My Policeman, which comes out at the end of the year.

KiKi Layne plays Margaret

KiKi Layne plays another of Alice's friends in DWD, a woman named Margaret who's also a housewife kept away from the Victory Project and its mysterious happenings.

The actress has previously starred in If Beale Street Could Talk and The Old Guard.

Gemma Chan plays Shelley

A good friend of Mr Styles, Gemma Chan was another late confirmation on the cast, with her part on the film revealed just a few weeks before production was scheduled to begin.

Gemma plays Shelley and her voice can be heard over the top of the second official trailer.

Viewers may have seen Gemma in TV series Humans, Thunderbirds Are Go, and Crazy Rich Asians.

Dita Von Teese

Burlesque dancer and actress Dita Von Teese is on the cast of Don't Worry, Darling, although little is known about the role she plays.

When the cast returned to filming at the start of November 2020 she was seen on set alongside Olivia Wilde, looking glamorous in a bright blonde bob and ball gown, most likely for the grand party scene seen in the trailer.

Nick Kroll plays Dean

Nick was a late addition to the cast of Don't Worry, Darling. His character, Dean, is also involved in the Victory Project.

At the time of writing little is known about Nick's role in the film but we do know he's already best mates with Mr Styles.

Sydney Chandler plays Violet

Sydney is among the Don't Worry, Darling cast, playing Violet. She's seen in the trailer being questioned about how she met her husband by Florence's character Alice.

The job is among Sydney's first few big screen roles.

Douglas Smith plays Bill

Douglas is part of the main characters in Don't Worry, Darling.

You may have seen him in Big Little Lies and The Angel of Darkness.

Kate Berlant plays Peg

Actress and comedienne Kate was another late addition to the Don't Worry, Darling cast.

She has previously starred in Once Upon a time in... Hollywood and loaned her voice to series BoJack Horseman.

Asif Ali plays Peter

Asif was among the actors rounding off the cast of Don't Worry, Darling.

He has previously been in Mr Robinson and The Mandalorian.

Timothy Simons

Timothy Simons is also in the cast of Don't Worry, Darling. He plays Dr Collins, who Alice visits for help when she starts noticing strange things happening in the community. However, he too seems to be keeping a secret.

He's previously starred in Yes, God, Yes, The Interview, and TV series Veep.
